為鐵素體型球墨鑄鐵，韌性和塑性較高。低溫時，韌性向脆性轉(zhuǎn)變，但低溫沖擊值較高，且有一定的抗溫度急性變和耐蝕性。用途較廣，在農(nóng)機(jī)中用于鏵犁、犁柱、差速器殼等；通用機(jī)械中用作閥體、高低壓氣缸等；還可用于輸電線路的鋼帽等。

球墨鑄鐵是碳以球形石墨的形態(tài)存在，其機(jī)械性能遠(yuǎn)勝于灰口鐵而接近于鋼，它具有優(yōu)良的鑄造、切削加工和耐磨性能，有一定的彈性，廣泛用于制造曲軸、齒輪、活塞等高級鑄件以及多種機(jī)械零件。

QT450 ductile iron introduction:

For ductile iron with ferrite type, toughness and plasticity are high.
